How am I lending a hand?

And I have promised to go to Pittsburgh to help Kerry set-up a new space that he will be renovating a few blocks for his orginal shop.

Kerry collected Gene dolls and has lost much of his collection.

His sister, Kim, immediately flew in to be with and help Kerry on New Year's Day.

His high school class purchased a new laptop for Kerry so that he could get going.

A neighbor left him a bag of new sweaters -- it is cold in Pittsburg.

Friends have opened their B&B for temporary housing.

REMEMBER - Whatever you do, trace you hand and write your greeting on it -- forward it on to Kerry. 

Lend-A-Hand

First, it is important that you know that Mr. Kennedy has nothing to do with being selected as the Featured Person.  I decided that all by myself.  In fact, this whole site is a reaction to Kerry's loss.

If you know Kerry Kennedy, he is one of those people who always looks on the bright side and within a few hours after a fire destroyed his home and shop; he was at work in a makeshift work area.  He had a wedding on the books for New Year's Day and Kerry just is not the type of person who would disappoint a bride.

Kerry moved to Pittsburgh from Florida about three years ago, and against all odds opened a florist in a changing neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA.  As you will see from the articles, he quickly became the goodwill ambassador for the area.
